Fishing

Sognefjorden is in its own right a spectacle, and also an eldorado for those who like to fish. The fjord is the home to cusk, ling, pollack, halibut, and sea ​​trout. Fuglsetfjorden, the side arm of Sognefjorden where Nesheim Camping is located, is particularly known for good catches, and we have housed fishing enthusiasts for decades.

Hiking

The western part of Norway is made up of spectacular mountains and fjords. Bjordal is located at the foot of Stølsheimen, a varied and preserved mountain area that offers almost endless hiking opportunities.

In the immediate proximity of Bjordal there are both short and long hiking trails, fitting both those that want to enjoy an easy stroll, and those who want to get «to the top of the world». Ask us, and we will gladly provide hiking suggestions based on your wishes and experience level.
